Commencement/Times: Our 7 Day holiday runs from Saturday to Saturday, our 3 Day break can begin on day of your choice, (subject to availability). Guests are requested to arrive no later than 10:00am on arrival day, (7 day holiday). Caravan must be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure. Arrival time for 3 day break 10am.
Booking: Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of 50% of the total cost, balance becomes payable 4 weeks before you commence your holiday.
Cancellation fee: 100% on 0 to 14 Days notice - 50% on 15 to 35 Days notice.
Deposit: A refundable deposit of €200 per caravan is required from guests to cover any damage etc to our property.
Insurance: All guests are required to have personal insurance for their holiday.
N.B.: If after suitable training, we are of the opinion that a guest is not disposed to managing the horse and the caravan safely we have the right to send a qualified groom with that party at an extra charge or to cancel the remainder of the holiday without refund. Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Methods of Payment: Euros, travellers cheques, bank drafts, and Swiss bank transfers are accepted.
